  • Recepční byl neochotný, pomalý, ba i nepříjemný.Netopilo topení na pokoji a byla zde zima, přestože venku poletoval sníh. Přišli jsme jako pár a měli oddělené postele, nikdo na to neupozornil ani se nezeptal. Na zdi je přilepená žvýkačka od předchozích hostů, Pokoj byl oficálně přístupný až od 14 hod, to se máme procházet po KV, když přijedeme v 11.30 hod autobusem?. Personál vyhověl a tento problém vyřešil.
